Can I request specific meals or menus?

  • Absolutely. You can request specific dishes, cuisines, or ingredients, and everything is tailored to your preferences.

Do you offer family-style meals or individual portions?

  • Both options are available depending on your household needs and preferences.

Where do you grocery shopping?

  • Primary shopping is done at Whole Foods, along with local markets and specialty purveyors for fresh produce, premium meats, seafood, and specialty ingredients based on quality and client preferences.

Can you shop for organic/grass-fed/local/wild-caught/etc.?

  • Yes! I shop with quality in mind as well as any specific preferences.

What cooking oil(s) do you use?

  • Olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, and butter.
