Strawberry Rose Steak Salad

Salad Ingredients:

Boston or Bibb Lettuce 1 Head

Cucumber 1/2 of One

Sugar Bomb Tomatoes 1 Cup Halved

Strawberries 1/2 Cup Quartered

Pickled Onions ~1/2 Cup

Goat Cheese 2 oz.

Steak of Choice (I recommend NY Strip)

Dressing Ingredients:

Good Vibakery Strawberry Rose Jam 2 Tablespoons

Red Wine Vinegar 3 Tablespoons

Olive Oil 3 Tablespoons

Salt, to taste

Steps:

1. Cook the Steak

Season steak generously with salt. Cook in a hot skillet or grill over medium-high heat to your desired doneness—about 3–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Transfer to a plate and let it rest for at least 5–10 minutes to retain juices.

2. Make the Dressing (While Steak Rests)

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the Strawberry Rose Jam, red wine vinegar, and olive oil until smooth and emulsified. Season with salt to taste. Set aside.

3. Assemble the Salad Base

On a large plate or in a bowl, layer the lettuce, cucumber slices, halved tomatoes, quartered strawberries, and pickled onions. Crumble goat cheese on top.

4. Slice the Steak

Once rested, thinly slice the steak across the grain. Place the sliced steak on top of the salad.

5. Dress and Serve

Drizzle the strawberry rose dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently if desired or serve with dressing on the side.
